26 week old chicken sick

I have a chicken 26 weeks old. Not sure if she is an active layer yet or not. She was fine yesterday when we let her out of the coop. She ate some tortilla chips and some corn puffs. Then she just was standing there with her eyes closed and rear feathers puffy. She was also having like spasms around her cent area. I checked to see if she is egg bound. I could not feel anything. She is drinking and her crop felt full. I'm new to chickens so I know something is wrong just not sure what.

The second picture is stool she produced in my house. Then she produced a small dropped clear liquid like.
 
I have never done it. I used medicated feed the first few weeks when I got them. But other than that I have not done any. Is that something that should be routine?

All of this was going on last night. She is out and about and happy today. I don't know what was going on with her but she seems to feel fine now

Keep an eye on her and her poop!

You might also want to get a baseline weight on her, then weigh her once a week. Digital kitchen scale are perfect for this.
