That should disqualify alligators or other reptiles except perhaps for alligator snapping turtles.

Ducks only?  I'd suspect a neighbor having duck for his meals.

Lol, we thought that too, but the chickens are so much easier to catch!!! 😂😂

We did have a pond (dry now) snapping turtles is a possibility, but no feathers were ever seen.
