Help my hen is really sick

I have a Rhode Island Red hen who recently became very sick. She looked very dazed so I separated her from the flock and put a heat lamp over her. The vet gave me medicine for meningitis and I have been giving it to her with cranberry juice but I don't see an improvement. I'm very worried and would like some advice !! Any help would be greatly appreciated I really don't want to lose my girl
 
Need a lot more info. there are so many things this could be. How old is the bird, has she been laying, has she been dewormed, checked for mites/lice, any new birds brought in? What medication did your vet prescribe and what diagnostic testing did he do?
