She is beautiful. Are they very small? The pics I have seen, they appear much smaller than standard, like bantam size.

They are the size and shape of a Leghorn.

That is super awesome! You are right...there is never a dull moment in the chicken world. A guinea chased off one of my Welsummer girls. I waited for her to return to the yard just beyond a row of planted trees. It was like she disappeared. I mean the forest line is is a bit away from the main yard. I searched off and on all day. No feathers found, not a trace of her. She wasn't in the coop when my husband closed them up. sad.png Never a dull moment. Tomorrows will be better, and guinea will be on the menu later this week. 2 are being butchered as I type.
