IncuView Incubator- Help with Temperature

I just bought the newer version of the incuview and am having trouble getting it to stay put at 99.5 it's wandering up and down iv messed with it and messed with it and can't get it to stick. My incutherm inside is reading 100.4 But, on the outside the incubator is reading 98.6 and it goes up and then down. Anyone have any advise
