I have a new mini advance and was wondering how I can tell if the temperature gage is accurate? How would one callibrate such an incubator?

You could get two more thermometers and triangulate the temp but I understand that brinsea are a very good brand and pretty foolproof.

I agree that Brinsea are good brand and I've had no trouble with my octagon at all.
Here is a link and in section 14 it has a calibration section ~http://www.brinsea.co.uk/downloads92

I check mine for temp just by running it and then adding a thermometer that I know to be correct. If it's there or there abouts with temp I trust the Brinsea.

Good luck with your new incubator :D
