My baby boy Pekin is limping too! As long as she's walking on it and there's nothing like bumble foot or something stuck in her foot, it's probably just a soft tissue injury (which is probably what my baby boy has as well). It could of happened from getting out of the pool and landing wrong or something like that. If you really want her to heal up quickly, she needs to be put in a small pen like the one I used for Flapper to keep her from stressing her foot anymore:http://www.amazon.com/IRIS-Indoor-Outdoor-Plastic-Panels/dp/B00D5P846Y/ref=sr_1_3?s=pet-supplies&ie=UTF8&qid=1464186645&sr=1-3&keywords=Dog+pen
I got the cover as well:http://www.amazon.com/IRIS-CI-604-Panel-Exercise-White/dp/B006UJGFZY/ref=pd_bxgy_199_img_2?ie=UTF8&refRID=1GN1A6SWXVJN3YDVFXN4
I kept the pen in the coop with the coop door open so that Flapper could see his buddies that were in the run. I did that so I wouldn't have to keep moving it back and forth everyday because I didn't want him to be out at night.
You could also keep her in a large storage bin in your house and see how she does. Just watch her and see if she's eating. If she's not eating, then she's sad because she misses her ducky friends.
Ducks like to knock their dishes over in small confinements though, and that causes the bin to stink really bad! So limited feed and water is probably best. You could let her eat with the others, and just give her some water a few times a day. I'm not sure where your duckies spend most of their days, but just make sure she's able to do anything that would stress her foot, and that she's eating. You could also do Epsom Salt compresses twice a day, and warm water therapy in the tub. Just don't let her fly out of the tub! Flapper did that a couple of times.
