My Silkie was just attacked by my large rooster it looks like he had been pecking at her for a few minutes straight. Her back is bleeding a bit and a small area on the back of her neck. Is there anything I can do to make sure she doesn't get an infection?

I would bring her inside, especially sense it's cold. Twice a day, cover each wound in neosporin, and watch for any change of colour in the wound. Slightly green is probably just bruising, which could be expected. I did this with a rooster who was attacked by an owl and had scratches and several puncture wounds. He never got an infection, and is just fine and back outside now. Can you post pics of the wounds so we can see exactly what we're dealing with?
