tips on ways to give aspirin....

I tried the ice today and the swelling didn't go down. I also noticed her little red areas around her eyes and behind her eyes is looking a little washed out. Now I'm wondering if she isn't hurt but has some infection. Maybe I'll look into getting baytril from somewhere.
 
How is your chicken doing with the baytril? Any better? I'm on day 3 of giving my hen baytril and her joint is still swollen. I feel like it will take a while to go down now that she has had the infection for so long (I think). Sigh, this is getting tiring...for me and her, poor thing:(
