Production Blacks are generic barred birds, so I'm pretty sure they can have white or yellow skin. All the hatcheries care about is production level.

She only has 3 chickens. None of them is even remotely colored colored like a silver laced wyandotte.

Ok so my California Grey/Production Black/Cuckoo Maran bird started cock-a-doodle doing today!!! Anyone here in MN want him? He is a big chicken....literally and figuratively. He is on the bottom of the pecking order and runs from the girls at this point. We can't have roosters were I live....need to find a new home ASAP!!
