Can anyone tell me what is wrong with her?

It could be some kind of infection, her eye looks very red and swollen. Respiratory infections can also cause swelling around the eyes. Please do post in the link left for you above as soon as possible.

YES, please do post in detail at the e/r thread,  or take this poor bird to a vet.   Swelling and infections of the eye  can cause  loss of sight.

:sick That looks really bad. I would recommend taking her into a veterinarian--I do not think conditions like that are easily curable without experts.
