Repeated poopy butt

I have given mine an epsom salt flush, dilute 1 teaspoon of epsom salt in 1 teaspoon of lukewarm water, open her beak and squirt the liquid in with a syringe.
This will flush her system. then I also let them soak in a lukewarm bath of epsom salt to help clean the gunk off the butt. After I dry them with a warm hair dryer
and I use some fungus cream after.

The vent looks pretty good and I don't see any red irritation, but I would keep an eye on it. If she is the one that is roosting where the poop is building up she may be just getting it all stuck to her. You may want to start moving her up to the roosting bar with the others at night and see if that helps. If she is low in the pecking order, and roosting space is tight, then she not be "allowed" to roost with the others. Otherwise is she eating, drinking and acting normal? If so, like I said, just keep and eye on her and see how she does.

As @scarletjane36 suggested a fungus cream will help if she starts showing signs of gleet.
