Lopsided hen?

She gets around just fine but she looks bad. I can't tell if she's in pain doesn't look like it tho. She eats and drinks plenty and isn't picked on.

It's called wry tail. It's a genetic deformity. She should be able to live a normal life and lay eggs normally, but she should not be used for breeding.

It's not always apparent at hatch, but it does become more obvious as they grow in those tail feathers. It can become progressively more pronounced as they age. She may become a bit arthritic, and have a harder time getting around as she gets older. But for now, enjoy your oddity.
