Awesome everyone, thanks for all the replies! It should be a load of fun. I'll keep my Jeepers and Creepers eggs out of the incubator, since I don't really care for any more pure barred rocks, but it'll be fun mixing and getting some creative mixtures. 
It'll be an advantage that I know my 8 hens eggs really well, so I'll be able to keep track of what chicks come from what hen combo too!
