I'd be lying if I said BYC didn't jumpstart my interest in poultry and later fuel my passion for my (not so distant) future career with poultry! I've made so many friends here and I've learned a lot.
I still remember the first thing I learned. I had just gotten my first chickens at the age of 11 or 12 and my rooster got frostbite. Nearly in tears, my parents helped me sign up to let me ask how to help him. I've never looked back since! I'm nearly 27 now and have pretty much grown up with BYC.
