Help with gender

Thanks everyone! I really thought the black and white one was a pullet but read that coloring is always a cockerel? I'm new.... lots to learn. Hope I can rehome the boys, they're super personable and pretty!

So that makes two out of five pullets. Here's another pic of the girls. The black and white and lighter colored little one. Do I have it right?

Black and white Easter eggers are often male, but the pattern is different. The males have more of a Colombian type pattern, where the bird is mostly white and the black is concentrated around the neck and on the tail. A bird with the black/dark spread more evenly over the body like your girl is a female pattern. It takes a while to get a good eye for what you're looking for, but that's a good rule of thumb.
