Brahmas are ridiculously slow to mature. Some boys aren't really obvious until after 5 months old. I think it's probably a cockerel.
I'm 90% sure that's a cockerel. How much can you narrow the age down?

I believe it is right at 4 months old, maybe 18 weeks at most. I'll try to get some better pictures of the hackle & saddle feathers as soon as we get a break in this ridiculous rain we'getting here in North GA.
I'm thinking cockerel. My gold laced brahma cockerel didn't get saddle feathers until it was 6-7 months old. And it looks like there might be glossy hackle feathers right by the shoulder.
It appears to have a triple rowed pea comb and has brighter patches of color in it's wing and back which indicate cockerel.
