Banti chicken with hurt leg

Would you recommend a vitamin supplement in the water?? And just wait this injury out? Is it possible to put her leg in a splint?
 
Also, I have two other chickens, should I be worried about them? One of them is new and from a different place then the other two
 
Yes poultry vitamins in the water are the easiest way to give them. Most feed stores have several brands for chickens. I doubt if splinting would help if there is nerve damage or Mareks, but I'm not a vet. The only reason to worry is if she dies, and you get a necropsy done to look for Mareks disease by the state vet. Any chickens not vaccinated could be at risk if that is what she has. Don't panic though, since injuries can cause nerve damage. Here is some information to read about Mareks:
