Merry Eggsmas! First Egg on Christmas Morning

Thread Starter

Merry Christmas!  Not only did one of my chickens wait until Christmas morning to lay her fist egg, but she also decided it would be appropriate to wait until I was out of town :(.  Oh well at least the person taking care of my chickens saved the egg for me!

Now you have something nice to come home to, congratulations.
Chickens, muscovy ducks, turkeys, donkeys , goats, dogs, fish, parakeets, a parrot, and a cat.

Chickens and dogs are healing to the soul.

I brake for squirrels.

Some of my birds.

That's great! I was hoping for a Christmas miracle myself, but still waiting for our first egg. Yay for your Christmas present!

Congrats!

Having an Icelandic in the coop is like having a 2 year old in the house - they are into everything and don't follow the rules.
