The vacation setup worked really well, and all the animals are OK! The only thing I would do differently is put more holes in the feeder (smaller though). It's a lot like an hour glass; food doesn't come out at a certain point, it's all stacked against the side with a big sink hole near the opening. I put extra food in there though, so they had plenty to eat, any longer, and it would of stopped coming out. Some of us got sick while we were away, so we had to stay extra days (good thing I had an emergency backup stash). Next year I would get the Automatic Kane Watering system and Emperor Feeder from Premier1Supplies.
