White Leghorn- Hen or Rooster?

I have a similar issue, 3 leghorns that are all the same age (or at least bought at the same time) and 1 has a huge red comb while they other 2 have much smaller pale combs. I'll try to get pictures tonight. They are about 16 weeks and I've seen no eggs yet but they are also free ranging and I suspect they are hiding them.. I've heard no crows or attempts at such. Probably a pullet right??

To finish my story about the 10 week old, after I read this thread I went out to the barn where he was on a roosting bar. I looked at him and said, "I've about decided you're a rooster". He looked back at me and said, "uh uh uh ooo" or something similar (juvenile version of "cockle doodle doo". I think the translation was, "that's what everyone has been telling you, fool!" He's four months old now and definitely a rooster. As I said, I've never seen a bright red comb on a female until she gets close to egg laying age.

Now I have a 5 week old ancona that I'm betting is a roo. Sure looks different than the 4 pullets. You know sexing is only 90-95% accurate.

Okay as of Sunday I've had these 3 leghorns for 16 weeks. I say that because the gentleman at the feed store said they had been there "about a week" so there is a possibility one is older but I was hoping for some guidance! Who thinks that is a roo??
