first hatch - are my air cells ok?

Hello! This is my first hatch... here are my day 16 air cells. I have 11 eggs total. Here are 5 of them. I've looked at the photos on here and other sites but I'm sort of overwhelmed with information and I can't tell if my cells are a good size or not? The crested cream legbar eggs (blue) look too small to me and the black copper maran eggs (dark brown) look almost too large?

It is good if they are using egg fluid.They look fine, after day 16 you should not see light through pointy part of egg if dark then great!

I took some more photos tonight. I've labeled the tip (pointy end) and air cell so you know which end you are looking at. All my eggs still have space on the tip ends. All eggs I candled tonight have very active chicks inside so I know they are all alive. Egg numbers 1, 3 and 4 are Crested cream legbars and have much more empty space on tips & much smaller air cells than my maran eggs (#2) I couldn't get photos of the other 2 maran eggs I candled as the shells were just too dark and the photos didn't turn out but they were very similar to egg #2. This is day 17. Should I back off my humidity? If you look closely on the #2 air cell you can see its grown from yesterday, my pencil mark from yesterday is visible. But the blue eggs are the same as yesterday and much smaller than the marans. They are in the same incubator and all mixed up so I can't imagine all the dark brown maran eggs are getting less humidity than the CCL eggs.

The egg with light shining through the tip may be a delayed hatcher, you should not see light through tip of egg after day 16, I would not put it into lock down. I put my eggs into lock down at first pip.
 
So all my maran eggs are solid down to the tip. The air cells are also 1/3 of the egg. The 5 CCL eggs are all empty on tips and air cell is probably 1/5 of the egg. They all went in the incubator at the same time. Today is day 18, would you continue to wait before going to lockdown? If the maran eggs are on schedule and I don't go to lock down will that mess them up?

This chick decided to open the wrong end! It's got an air hole and if I remember correctly I just let him/her be... got air... no big deal... right?
