Average slaughter age of coturnix quail

What age do most of you experienced quail farmers slaughter coturnix quail?

1 gold laced cochin roo, 1 Heritage bronze turkey, 4 New Hampshire reds, 2 barred rocks, 3 buff orphingtons, 1 partridge rock, 2 jersey giants, 2 red stars, 3 cuckoo marans, 2 Rhode Island Reds, 2 White Marans, 3 White Leghorns, 2 Ameraucanas, 2 rambunctious kittens, a bunny, a spoiled rotten lab mix, 1 wife, 1 daughter, and a bun in the oven.   ~~~Proverbs 3:5-6

6 weeks for uniform carcass size, 8 weeks for the top of the growth curve, 12 weeks for a little fat around the edges.

Any time after about 6 weeks, as soon as they start crowing loud and often enough that it pisses me off. Did 5 today, now marinating for tomorrow, spared the others as they were smaller and I didnt need them right away...
