Way too young to tell for sure but as far as wild guesses go I'd agree with you.

You definitely have one boy for sure, but it's still too early to say the other is a pullet for sure. Not every cockerel makes himself as obvious as that first one.

X2 on junebuggena's post. The top chick certainly appears to be a cockerel given the size and redness of its comb at that age.
