Torn off wattle!

I think she's in shock because she is just limp and eyes closed and slow deep breaths, so I have her in a brooder with a heat lamp. Once i put her under the lamp she actually opened her eyes and tried to stand up. I think she has hurt her left leg as she is keeping it straight out. All I can do at this point I think is keep her warm and hydrated and hope for the best. I'm not sure I want to put another chicken in with her yet. I don't want her to get trampled or stressed.

It sounds like she could have wry neck (crook neck, torticolis) from her injuries. It is neurological, and most people give vitamin E and selenium for that. The vitamin/electrolyte solution has E in it, but selenium is found in egg, tuna, and many other foods. Poultry Nutri-drench and Poultry Cell vitamins contains both plus other good things. Dosage of that is 2-3 ml orally every day. Was she vaccinated for Mareks disease? Since some of her symptoms can also be common with Mareks, it could be that she has that, and was attacked by another chicken. Here is some info about wry neck and tube feeding, and I really hope that she starts coming around.
