Thanks! That's all my husband's doing :) He used hardware cloth (1/4 in mesh) on the side and 1 in poultry netting on the roof. Lots of wood, which we would never have used in Florida but the bright side of the drought in CA is that nothing rots!
 
Well no rotting, is one good thing about the California draught... I was thinking maybe you'd want to get a pair of Emu, to round out your collection. They seem to do well in CA.
