Not a silkie, but what?

Bought this chick thinking it was a silkie. Thinking not. Any idea what it might be? 3 months old.

Looks like a buff cochin or mix of.  Beautiful hen btw.   I had one quite identical to yours.  I named her Buffy.

That's what I was thinking! Her name is Bella. She's sweet, but very nervous.

She may be nervous because still young.  All  Cochins I had in the past were VERY GENTLE hens.  And SWEET. :)

x2, and I'd lean toward purebred Cochin.

cochin pullet  - very pretty  maybe she was raised with no socialization.    Spend some quiet time with her and spread the love(treats),  she'll come around

Cute little bantam buff Cochin pullet. If you don't want her, I'll take her :lol:. My bantam Cochins have been wonderful broody mommas, and they lay better than I'd expected when they aren't brooding.
