Hello all!
Just wanted to give an update and say thank you for your suggestions!

Her wound has healed beautifully smile.png

But now I have a different problem.
The other hens, more specifically one that I've seen with my own eyes, keep pulling off her feathers!
I was very excited to see she had grown new ones, but now they are all gone and well as more of her original feathers. Any suggestions about what I can do?
I know there are many other threads about this problem so I will probably start another one, but just wanted to ask here as well.

Thanks again!

When I have had a feather-picking problem when they are growing back in, I always use some BluKote every over day to disguise the feather. You can also try a bad tasting cream such as Nustock. Thanks for the update.

X2 BluKote. It works great.
