Cockerel or hen

Hello! Can anyone tell me comparing these two Easter eggers if the one on the left is a pullet or cockerel? They are just under 5 months. Thanks!!

Can anyone tell me if this is a rooster? Never crowed and 16wks old. Acts like a hen.. I'm not sure.. Thanks in advance! Its comb has not hardly grew its been the size for a while.
 
Normally if they already have a comb and wattles this early it will end up being a Roo. If they start turning red or pink...definitely a Roo. Good luck and maybe I will be wrong.
 
Thanks. Yeah I kind of suspected as much. He looks just like his dad! Im still new to early sexing though so I wanted a second opinion. Its fine if he's a roo though, they're not restricted where I live luckily so he's safe haha
