Naked neck?

This is my 10 day old naked neck that I hatched. His/her name is Monty. Not the "full Monty"......just Monty. Is he\she a frizzle as well?

It's hard to tell from the picture, but if the feathers curl outward it's a frizzle.

The new feathers seem to be curling towards the head, so yes, it is a frizzle.
