Is this guy a "she?" Silver Laced Polish

Thanks all! Judging from photos on other threads it sure seems as though he's a cockerel, but it also seems as though a few surprises pop up, here and there. It would sure be nice if chickens had the external bits like everyone else. ;)
 
Here are some photos of *his* progression, as well as a couple of the White Crested Black Polish that I know for sure is a hen, for comparison. Sorry, she's got some "no-peck" on her head - I can't get a few of the others to stop pecking her head feathers. She's at the bottom of the pecking order, apparently.

They're the same age - hatched 9/12/15.
