Today my eggs have been in the incubator for 8 days I'm going to candle them today, if there's no sign of progression do I toss them?

At this stage of incubation, you should definitely see blood vessels at least. Sometimes you can't see into eggs very well if they are extremely thick shelled or dark in color, however, so if you have eggs like that you could leave them in a little longer even if you don't at first see anything. But, if you can clearly see into the eggs during candling and there are no blood vessels or there are signs of a blood ring, then you should toss the eggs.

I agree
