Exposing the Fraud of Grocery Store Organic Eggs

Quote: Gullible people respond positively to advertisements/marketing.

The rest of us buy what we wanted in the first place.

..... and often (at least in the grocery business), what is advertised actually loses money, but gets people into the store, where they will generally make impulse purchases that DO make money...... this is known as "loss leader pricing" ...... there's a sucker born every minute: stick with your shopping list.

Do you need to rinse the saurkraut before feeding it? It uses salt as a preservative, after all.

Do YOU rinse YOUR saurkraut when you eat it? Lol ;) :D

No rinsing for me, in fact, they love it even more the more "potent" it is; if we rinse it, we will essentially rinse out all the great microbes in it.

And you're right, @jimbob86; I don't own a TV lol, so when I send the kids to grandmas, they come home all FULL of great ideas from all the commercials they saw. Guess where they always want to go?

CEREAL. Five dollar boxes of Lucky Charms, and NO they will NOT accept the generic. Lol they don't get it at all, they get oatmeal or granola. ;)

Pretty sure they're going to die without their Lucky Charms lol ;)

Add to that, tempting them to go to McDonalds and fill up with yuck because you'll get a $.05 toy. For 5 bucks.

I bet these companies just laugh all the way to the bank. :p
