My husband brought it home, It's past owners didn't want it. The most bizarre thing is that it looks like a hen to me, but it has spurs. They said it lays eggs, but acts like a Rooster.

And its very aggressive towards my other chickens so I have them separated.

It's a red sexlink hen. Hens can grow spurs.

I didn't know that. My other Hens are 5 months. What can I possibly do with the new one being very aggressive towards the others. She'll peck them right at their neck and pull feathers.

That's very normal behavior. She's trying to establish that she's bigger, older, and in charge. It's not called pecking order for nothing. As long as no blood is drawn, it's best to just let them sort things out.
