12 week old buff Orpington cockerel or pullet?

Everyday I change my mind on this one. He/she is a 12 week old buff Orpington. Wanted a second opinion on gender. The roosters I've seen online at the same age have all had much larger combs and wattles

Given the size and redness of the comb and wattle at 12 weeks and what I can see of the tail feathers, I'm thinking cockerel on this one.
