with the pics blown up looks like some kinda greese mabey can see some on one wing and even in the bill but if it is black feathers I wouldn't warry just gives you a way to tell them apart lol

I too bought a pekin today with a black spot on his head. I was confused at first but when I looked and seen I had to get him no matter what haha there was only 1 like that tho at my feed store. Definitely a pekin.
So sad. At six weeks, they are looking like French White Muscovies.
So they are Muscovies, well that means you have great layers and great companions. Muscovies are wonderful pets
I don't think I'll keep any. I don't have the room for an unwanted breed.
So, how is everyone enjoying their French White Myscovies? 
Oh well. My Pekin pair finally had fertile eggs, so I do have more Pekin now.
