This is a 5 month chick, I let my Silkie hens hatch the eggs because non of my larger hens were not brooding. I think it's a female .

This blonde chick is the one in question.

This is the only rooster in with the hens so this is the dad, I think the blonde hen in the first pic is the mom.
What do everyone think?

Your Buff Orpington is not the mother of that chick. That dark skin, slight crest, and feathered legs are all dominant traits of Silkies. It's a cockerel with that dark shade of buff on the shoulder/wings and has very visible male saddle feathers.

It's a product of a silkie; it has black legs and face so one parent is silkie and you only had one cock bird so resulting breed is mixed.

I actually have two Silkie hens, 1 Silkie rooster, two Bantam roosters and about 6/7 Bantam hens. That blonde chick is so much larger and it doesn't have blue ear lobes so I thought its a product of my larger hens. I will post pics.

Nope, its definitely a Silkie mix. The larger size came from dad, who appears to be a Silver Spangled Hamburg. And I agree, the bird in question looks like a cockerel.
