Stargazing adult duck help please!

I have a duck that started star gazing about 2 weeks ago I have not seen any progress, I've gotten antibiotics from the vet, gave her nutri drench, and now I'm trying poly vi sol tonight, idk what else to do, does anyone have any suggestions, this is a prized show duck and has been here since September and came with another female and she's fine! I just gave her a bath bc she was horrendously dirty from flopping over backwards in her pen, I keep both ducks in my basement where it is warmer and have just cleaned there pen out, she eats and drinks just fine but has random attacks where it seems she cannot Control herself. These birds have not been in Contact with any outside flocks what so ever. How long does it take poly vi sol to work? Is stargazing genetic?

She seems better after the bath and now started preening herself which she had not done for the two weeks,she looked like a wet duck, but still was flipping g her head back some, idk how to upload a video otherwise I would.

Thank you for the help the poly vi sol has seemed to have a dramatic effect on her, she's still having some attacks but not nearly as severe as they were, each day she gets 1 ml, the vet said it could be a vitamin D Deficiency too so I'm hoping to get her out into the sunlight soon, as she was a buddy to my other duck that had a cold, in the basement. That one is doing great now too.
