It looks like it's sun bathing :(
Is this normal after they've hatched? It's a first for me, looks kinda weird :/
It'll pull in the right leg every now and then, but not the left.

It shouldnt be laying on its back. Often chicks that do that never gain their balance. If it cant get up and walk around withing a few hours its probably best to euthanize.
 
Keep an eye on the tape and make sure it doesnt create a tourniqet on the legs. Ill spare you the picture of what happens if circulation gets cut off.

Spraddle legs are usually from slipping on something in the bator or fluctuating humidity. Was that only one you had?
 
Yes, the other 12 are fine, still waiting on 3. I have an antislip mat under the eggs and a towel for once they are up and toddling around.
