Of course, just block the end with another panel. A simple elegant solution.
Blooie obviously does things a lot prettier than I do, but I think she made the people door the way I made this pop door. Cut out the hole for the door then sandwich the cut edges in between two boards by screwing those boards together. That gives you a solid frame to attach the door to and covers the sharp wire ends.
You could attach the coop to the other wall the same way, or beside the people door on that end. Just cut out the hole for the pop door and sandwich that in between planks. That gives you something to firmly attach your coop to, just match the pop door.
