duckling fell and can't move!

I was holding my ducking and he jumped out of my hand and landed on his back. he's only a day and a half old :( I picked him up immediately and he seems out of it. it's been 3 hours and he still can't move his head and he curls himself up like this. will he make it?

He's had a serious blow. Keep him at the proper temperature, about 85 to 90F, hold him carefully and see if he will drink a little water if you hold a cup of lukewarm water up to his bill. Don't put the whole bill in the water, just see if he can sip a little water. Maybe dribble a couple of drops onto the end of the bill.

If he can take water, then I would get some Sav-A-Chick and add that to the water, and give it to him carefully.
