Hi there
I am a new backyard chicken owner. We have four hens and three are picking on one and pecking her and chasing her around. Any advice on how to help? I hate seeing her scared.

Welcome to BYC and the coop! There's a lot of great peeps here! Feel free to ask lots of questions. But most of all, make yourself at home. I'm so glad you decided to joined the BYC family. I look forward to seeing you around BYC. Is there a ring leader? Is there blood being drawn? I wouldn't worry if there is no bloody sores. You could also try a isolating one or two of the bullies. Then reintroduce them in a weeks time. It sometimes helps to reset and fix the pecking order. That's my two cents. I wish you luck with them.
