On the subject of ventilation...if the eaves are vented, you can install a ridge vent to allow the free air flow for the coop...I installed one on my coop and have a screen covered opening in the ceiling of the coop into the air space where the roof vents to and the ridge vent covers. In the winter I crack open the upper half of the double hung window...in the summer I open the bottom...or both partly open...seems to keep it well ventilated...without causing any drafts.

Agrees deep overhangs for ventilation would be good, little late now maybe, tho I changed out my flush roof with deep overhangs.

Also, question no foundation under floor joists??

my coop is up on a deck that was built for a dog run, off the side of my garage...I wanted it up high enough to air out....protect the wood from rotting...and so nothing would be tempted to take up residence under it...the coop floor is made of treated plywood with a layer of 1 inch blue board insulation followed by regular plywood...then...I covered that with rubber roofing...tacked down tight and running up the walls for about 4 inches...I put a drain in floor. The rubber doesn't absorb moisture so the bedding stays dry. It gets really cold in the winter and can get pretty warm in the summer....with the ventilation and the insulation it stays warm in the winter and with a small fan tolerable in the summer...the covered run gives them a safe place to roost in the summer if they want to be outside. I will be covering it with 1/2 inch hardware cloth as soon as I can get enough...that will protect them from most predators...and I won't have to close them in at night. Sorry about that...long answer! I get carried away sometimes.
 


Very very nice coop!!

I only saw one thing I would tweak...under your roosts you have pine shavings...I'd put 2x4's around that and make a box, and fill it with Sweet PDZ. Cleanup will be super quick and easy that way!
