But I think that's just wild your feed stores get chicks in just have chicks there. Loose. Waiting for people to buy them. I've never seen anything like that here. At all. Closest thing to that was when our local co-op used to get a group of chicks in for their big specials week in March. But you couldn't buy them...it was a raffle. Yep...no chicks here at all.
Where are you that your stores don't? Jw BC our stores also have them. In WI

I could be wrong and I hope I don't upset you but I believe that chick may actually be an Easter egger. It seems to me to have a beard and muffs and it's almost identical to one of the EE we raised last year. Hope this helps

Wow how much were the chocolate cuckoo orps going for? Jw as I got some chocolate and chocolate cuckoo chicks from junibutt. It would be wonderful to start a breeding program with them.
