I haven't incubated eggs that I haven't personally selected and/or transported myself. However, even traveling from a local breeder to my house is cause for me to rest the eggs. I let them sit on the counter untouched for 24 hours before incubating them. Then they are incubated air cell up in the incubator with an automatic turner like the rest of the non transported eggs.
Maybe someone else would have some other suggestions.
Got great news I shipped 50 eggs over seas same way I always pack them in foam and with the prenatal vitamin spray and even shipping them over seas they got over 80% hatch WOOT WOOT The are ordering another 50 but won't have them in time to set for this maybe next year.
ty makes me feel warm and squishhy inside when I hear about someone getting a great hatch
