But all the other guys are tucked in safe. So if I can't get it in the coop. I prey it makes it. Plus I have chicks hatching one hatched and lots of pips. Exhausting day cleaned all the coops and runs. Scrubbed down the waters feeders. Fresh bedding and cleaned the 5 week olds brooder out and had some alone time with them with a cold beer. Got to love the start of spring coming!!
Chickens are a lot of work, especially after chicken math sets in. At the same time, I get more exhausted entering notes into the computer for my really job than any amount of poop scooping! Also the reward of all those little faces. Everywhere I go, (because my chickens are now EVERYWHERE), I have adoring peeps following me, hoping it's treat time! I will take poop to pushing papers anytime!!!
I hope your guinea makes it! and your pips turn into peeps.
