I recently located to Pennsylvania and am interested in finding out what hatcheries best serve this area.

Meyer Hatchery is a great option for you! :) They are located in Northeast Ohio and turn out a wonderful product. I've gotten 30-some birds from them, and plan on ordering more here soon. I've honestly got nothing but rave reviews about their business, because of the friendly staff, beautiful, healthy birds and clean facility (we made a road trip there once to pick up some chicks). Hope you find a hatchery that you're happy with!
