Nobody's screaming roo in those pics. At nine weeks I would expect to be seeing more comb. Looks to me like you've got a pen full of pretty little girls
X2 on both of the above posts. )I'm not seeing any well developed, bright pink combs or 'rooster' red on any of them.
Those are just tail feathers molting out. Notice how the tail looks patchy, indicating that some have already fallen out? Cockerel sickle tail feathers would just be starting to comb in at about 12 weeks, and won't be obvious until a few weeks later.
