Hen acting like a Rooster?

I have four chickens and lately one of them has started being really rough with the other three. I originally though she was just pecking at them and causing bare spots in their backs so I changed their diet to have more protein to see if that was the problem. But the bare spots are getting bigger. Yesterday I noticed the bully hen mounting one of the others and then she has also started crowing. I am pretty positive she is a hen - but I am not sure if she has laid any eggs. I know the other three have. I would like to stop this behavior before one of the chickens gets hurt even more. Any suggestions would be great on how to find a solution to this problem. Thanks!
 
How old are these birds? If they are young, and one is crowing it is a cockerel.

Pictures would help.
 
The chickens are Wyandotte's and they are almost a year old.
