Lost a duck, unknown cause. Please help - Page 2

Got back from the vet. He said the other three look and sound really good. He took a fecal sample and they are going to test it. Unless something comes of that he said I should keep doing what I'm doing.

For Violet he said it was likely either a toxin or congenital. Because it's not likely she was the only one exposed he is leaning toward congenital. The little bump on her belly was fat. He said it was normal.

That is a big sigh of relief I am sure.  I think most likely congenital too .I think your ducks are in excellent hands with you.:)

 Western N.C ~ 17 chickens= EE's, Game, variety of bantams,1Light Brahma, 2 Black Australorps . 5 Muscovy ducks, 8 Indian Runners and 2 Buff Orpington Ducks, 1 Embden gander,1 Toulouse goose , 3 mini Dachshunds, 2 mixed breed, pond goldfish,  and a wonderful Husband who makes it all possible..
